Miami City Ballet dancers take you on a journey as they prepare to dance a ballet. Stretching, rehearsing, warming-up and then finally the performance! A very special afternoon where everything is beautiful at the ballet!

Miami City Ballet principals and soloists collaborate in a special children’s hour devoted to the dance. These talented dancers guide children of all ages through the journey of preparing and rehearsing a ballet to its final performance.

Beautiful music, beautiful costumes and more. Learn first-hand the challenges of the basic ballet steps and partnering The program consists of a musical journey leading the audience through a dancer’s preparation, exercising, stretching and warming up for the grand performance and will also include special segments from a ballet choreographed just for the children. Everything is Beautiful at the Ballet!

A not-to-be-missed afternoon so be sure to wear your favorite tutu and dancing shoes and get ready to dance, dance and more!!

Fresh from their spectacular success in Paris, established over twenty-five years ago, the Miami City Ballet under the visionary direction of artistic director Edward Villella, Miami’s world class dancers introduce children to the fantasy and joy of ballet.

Tickets purchased on-line within 6 days of the concert will be available at the "Will Call" desk one hour before concert on performance day. Tickets can be purchased at the box office on concert day with cash, check, mastercard or visa. Seats are Non-Reserved.

Please note: an automatic fee of $2.00 will be added to your total at check out. Tickets must be purchased more than 7 days prior to concert in order to be mailed to you, otherwise they will be available at the 'will call' one hour before concert.
